    🔊How the mind controls our eating habits. The psychology between the body, emotions, and the plate.
    ❓Are you a woman who has experienced loss, changed your place of residence, but wants to feel alive again?
    ❓Do you want to restore your inner balance and support yourself in stressful times?
    ❓Are you interested in how nutrition affects your mood, endurance, and strength of spirit?

    📍When:
    Day 1 — July 16, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    Day 2 — July 19, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    📍Where: online via ZOOM (we will send the link to selected participants)
    👤Coach: Natalia Kolomiets, healthy lifestyle coach, public health expert, and gastropsychologist.
    🎯Training objective: To raise awareness of the connection between the psyche and eating behavior, restore the connection with the body, and strengthen resilience, stability, and self-support through body-emotional practices and intuitive eating.
    🟡Day 1: “Emotions on a plate: understanding the connection”
    What we will cover:
    The secrets of emotional hunger: why we eat when we are not hungry and how to recognize real hunger.
    The impact of stress on nutrition: how cortisol and stress eating form habits.
    Personal triggers: learning to recognize which emotions drive us to certain foods.
    📌Day 2 program:
    “Resourcefulness and resilience: nutrition as a tool”
    What we will cover:
    Food as fuel for the brain and nervous system: how foods affect our thoughts and emotions.
    The ideal plate of resilience: let’s create a personal nutrition plan for a stable mood.
    Mindful eating: let’s learn how to reduce anxiety and enjoy the moment.

    Practical techniques, support, new knowledge — everything you need to turn nutrition into a source of strength, energy, and appetite for life.
