WORKSHOP AND DISCUSSION Outcomes-Based Financing (OBF)

Experts of the Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine participated in the discussion on the Outcomes-Based Financing (OBF) mechanism, adapted for Ukraine by Helvetas and Instiglio, with support from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

This mechanism focuses on creating inclusive working conditions and supporting entrepreneurship, particularly in sectors critical to Ukraine’s economic recovery, such as energy, metallurgy, mining, construction, transport, and digital services.

We view OBF as an important tool for promoting equal opportunities in employment and supporting economic development, especially for women, which remains a key priority for our organization.
