Tender for the services of an expert to develop a procedural manual for mentoring programs

Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine announces a tender for the services of an expert to develop a procedural manual for mentoring programs.

We are looking for a professional partner to help us develop a procedure manual that is relevant to the current conditions to achieve the organisation’s goals and to improve interaction with our mentors and audience.

The final product: a text document (up to 30 pages) of the developed procedural manual for running mentoring programs of a non-governmental organisation.

The document should contain the following components (the list is approximate):

1. Description of the methodology used to prepare the manual;
2. Description of the principles and foundations on which the manual is based;
3. Definition of the purpose and objectives of the manual;
4. Description of the target audience for the manual;
5. Description of the structure and content of mentoring programs;
6. Description of approaches to organising mentoring programs;
7. Recommendations for further development of mentoring programs.

Requirements for providers:

1. Obligatory registration as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;
2. Availability of relevant economic activities types;
3. Experience in the sphere of organisational development;
4. Verification on the platform https://home.ednannia.ua/ with the status “Verified”;
5. Positive feedback and experience in facilitating the development of similar documents will be an advantage.

Required documents for submission:

1. A copy of the document confirming the state registration;
2. A copy of the document confirming the tax status;
3. Resume;
4. Price offer;
5. Approximate content of the document.

Deadline for submission of tender proposals: September 11, 2024, 23:59.
