Tender for the services of an expert to develop a communication strategy for 2025-2027

Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine announces a tender to select an expert to develop a communication strategy for 2025-2027.

We are looking for a professional partner who will help us create an effective communication strategy to achieve the organisation’s goals and to improve interaction with our audience.

The final product: a text document (up to 30 pages) of the developed communication strategy of the NGO.

The document should contain the following components (the list is approximate):

1. Analysis and description of the current situation;
2. Description of the methodology used to prepare the concept;
3. Description of the principles and foundations on which the strategy is built;
4. Definition of the goal and objectives of the communication strategy;
5. Description of the target audiences on which the communication strategy focuses;
6. Descriptions of communication channels and tools;
7. Anti-crisis communication measures;
8. Proposed tools for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the strategy.

Requirements for providers:

1. Obligatory registration as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;
2. Availability of relevant economic activities types;
3. Experience in the sphere of organisational development;
4. Verification on the platform https://home.ednannia.ua/ with the status “Verified”;
5. Positive feedback and experience in facilitating the development of similar documents will be an advantage.

Required documents for submission:

1. A copy of the document confirming the state registration;
2. A copy of the document confirming the tax status;
3. Resume;
4. Price offer;
5. Approximate content of the document.

Deadline for submission of tender proposals: September 11, 2024, 23:59.
