“Growth Point” – Mentor hub

A mentoring hub Growth Point was created on the basis of the Urban CAD social platform (26 I. Kulyk St., Kherson city).

As part of the hub’s activities, mentors who are current business owners provided offline and online career counseling. The counseling included regular meetings and interviews, which resulted in the creation of professional development plans for each project participant, and a list of existing competencies, areas of growth, and sources of motivation for achieving career plans.

A total of 98 women were reached, including 63 survivors of DV/GBV.
