«Growth Point» – Mentor hub

Using the Urban CAD social platform in Kherson, the NGO “Association of Women Abmassadors of Ukraine” created the “Growth Point” mentoring hub to support women’s professional development and economic independence.

As part of the hub’s activities, mentors—who are active female entrepreneurs—conducted individual career counseling sessions both in person and online. They helped participants identify their professional competencies and areas for growth and developed personalized plans for future employment, career advancement, or starting their own businesses.

In total, 98 women received career counseling and mentoring support, 63 of whom had experienced domestic or gender-based violence.
