The “Methodological Recommendations on the Use of Gender-Balanced (Inclusive) Job Vacancies, Taking into Account Personalized and Gender-Responsive Employment Services” is a methodological publication developed by the NGO Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine within the project “Women’s Participation in the Labour Market: Personalized and Gender-Responsive Employment Services.”

The guide provides practical recommendations on creating gender-balanced and inclusive job vacancies, their structure, the formulation of requirements and responsibilities, and the prevention of discriminatory wording.
Particular attention is paid to digital job profiles in the construction, transport and logistics, agriculture, and services sectors. The materials help employment service providers, employers, recruiters, and HR professionals develop job vacancies that broaden the pool of potential candidates and support a personalized approach to employment.

The guide also provides recommendations on systematizing job requirements and responsibilities and avoiding discriminatory wording when preparing and publishing vacancies.
