«The leader is YOU» – Development of female leadership

The program was aimed at developing women’s leadership and fostering a new generation of female leaders in the civil society, political, and corporate sectors. The NGO “Association of Women Abmassadors of Ukraine” created an environment for the professional and personal development of women and girls, strengthening their self-confidence and leadership skills, and expanding their professional networks.

The program combined training courses, workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events. Participants developed skills in financial literacy and asset management, digital communications, self-presentation, and interview preparation, and received support from experienced mentors.

During the program, 712 women and girls completed the training, and 368 received mentoring support, which contributed to the development of their leadership potential, professional fulfillment, and the formation of a network of active women in various fields.
