Development of procedural manuals for teaching educational and mentoring programs according to the «recover to empower» approach and communication strategy for 2025-2027.

As part of the project, the NGO “Association of Women Abmassadors of Ukraine” strengthened its organizational capacity by improving its approaches to implementing educational, mentoring, and communication programs. The project served as the foundation for standardizing internal processes and introducing unified approaches to the development and implementation of the organization’s services.

As part of the project, a Communication Strategy for 2025–2027, a Procedural Manual for Teaching Educational Programs, and a Procedural Manual for Conducting Mentoring Programs were developed, all prepared in accordance with the “Recover to Empower” approach.

These tools made it possible to standardize approaches to implementing educational and mentoring programs, enhance the effectiveness of external communications, improve engagement with participants, partners, and community members, and lay the groundwork for further scaling of the programs and ensuring their consistent quality.
