    Поділитися матеріалом

The “Interview Simulation Tools for Different Target Groups of Women, Taking into Account Personalized and Gender-Responsive Employment Services” is a methodological publication developed by the NGO Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine within the project “Women’s Participation in the Labour Market: Personalized and Gender-Responsive Employment Services.”

The guide contains practical tools for organizing and conducting interview simulations with women. They help personalize career counselling, develop self-presentation and interview skills in a safe environment, reduce anxiety and psychological barriers, and better prepare candidates for interaction with employers.

The materials include scenarios for different target groups: young women, women returning after maternity leave, women aged 50+, internally displaced persons, and women transitioning into non-traditional professional fields. The scenarios simulate interviews for occupations in construction, transport and logistics, agriculture, services, IT, and other sectors, and also include model answers, coaching tips, and feedback tools.

The guide will be useful for career counsellors, employment service providers, HR professionals, and other specialists who help women prepare for interviews, strengthen confidence in their competencies, and improve their readiness to enter the labour market.
