    The “Methodological Recommendations on Referral Mechanisms and Action Algorithms for Career Case Management Services in the Field of Employment to Support Women in Accessing Auxiliary and Support Services, Taking into Account Personalized and Gender-Responsive Employment Services” is a methodological publication developed by the NGO Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine within the project “Women’s Participation in the Labour Market: Personalized and Gender-Responsive Employment Services.”

    The guide summarizes the results of 10 two-day training sessions and provides practical referral mechanisms, action algorithms, and recommendations for professionals providing employment services.

    The publication helps identify the auxiliary and support services women may need, coordinate cooperation between different service providers, and ensure a personalized approach to career planning and employment.
    The guide will be useful for employment centre professionals, career advisers, case managers, and other specialists working in the areas of women’s employment and professional development.
