Startup Mindset Day: From Idea to First Steps

The Zhytomyr Regional Employment Service hosted the “Startup Mindset Day” business jam, organized by the Zhytomyr Regional Employment Service as part of its work with women’s communities and with the support of the NGO “Association of Women Abmassadors of Ukraine.”

Held in honor of Youth Day, the event served as a space for developing entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and initiative, where ideas were transformed into concrete solutions and the first steps toward their implementation.

👩‍💼 Through teamwork, sharing experiences, and practical tasks, participants developed their entrepreneurial potential, learned to generate and present their own ideas, collaborate as a team, and make decisions.

👣 Coach Viktoria Prus prepared a four-step quest for the participants:
1️⃣ “Choose a Business Idea”—brainstorming and finding their own idea.
2️⃣ “The City of My Dreams”—an art-inspired motivational discussion workshop.
3️⃣ “Our Logo”—a creative team task.
4️⃣ “Team Motto”—developing a shared vision and values.
🧠 To wrap things up, psychologist Marianna Bronovitska led a motivational exercise using association cards.

🤝 Women’s communities are spaces for support, development, and new opportunities, where participants can gain practical knowledge, share experiences, and take more confident steps toward professional and economic self-fulfillment.
