Supervision Support for Case Managers of Barrier-Free Gynecological Clinics

The project is implemented for case managers working in barrier-free gynecological clinics across the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Odesa, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Sumy regions of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the project, the NGO Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine provides regular individual and group supervision, ongoing professional support, and specialized training for case managers. The programme covers case management, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), interagency coordination, prevention of professional burnout, staff well-being, and quality assurance of service provision.
The project aims to strengthen the professional capacities of case managers, establish a sustainable system of professional support, and improve the quality of comprehensive, coordinated, and survivor-centred assistance provided to women affected by gender-based violence.
