The importance of women’s mutual support was discussed with representatives of the Fastiv community. When a woman or girl is free from toxic influences and instead finds herself in a positive resource environment, this is one of the important conditions for career growth.
So, we invited community representatives to join the community of the Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine and spread the word about it. The aim is to encourage women and girls to join information and training programs on life skills development.
Ukraine’s development strategies in terms of human capital and the importance of restoring and acquiring life skills for Ukrainians are the main topics of discussion during our information sessions with communities.
We thank the representatives of the Fastiv community for their active participation in the meeting and for sharing information about the community. We discussed possible vectors of cooperation in inspiring IDP women and girls to pursue career and economic development.
