A series of trainings on intersectoral cooperation in the field of women’s employment has started.

On March 16–17, a two-day training on intersectoral cooperation in the field of women’s employment was held in Lviv. The training brought together 20 participants, including representatives from 12 regional branches and the regional employment center, as well as representatives of civil society service providers.
✏️ During the two days, participants took part in group facilitation sessions aimed at identifying gaps, developing action algorithms, and strengthening responses in the areas of psychosocial support, legal assistance, healthcare, childcare, and more.
⚙️ As a result of the training, participants contributed to the development of local referral mechanisms and decision trees, which will help ensure timely and coordinated referrals and improve service delivery outcomes for clients.
🎓 Upon completion of the training, participants received certificates recognizing their participation and newly acquired competencies.

The project «Women’s participation in the labour market: personalised and gender-responsive employment services» is being implemented by the NGO «Association of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine» within the framework of the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery, which is financed by the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Denmark and is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL).
